About the Founder

I didn't start in a boardroom — I started at 15, trading baseball gloves.

What began as a fascination quickly turned into something deeper. While playing, I obsessed over the tool I used; the fielding glove. Breaking down patterns, leather quality, pocket structure, and what made certain gloves feel different the moment you put them on.

That curiosity led me to work with established glove companies throughout high school, college, and after, starting a professional career in the industry. I gained firsthand experience in design, construction, and what separates a good glove from a great one. But I always felt there was another level, one that wasn't widely accessible in the U.S.

So I went looking for it.

I spent months in Japan studying under master craftsmen, learning the discipline, precision, adjusting to the culture and lifestyle in Japan, and the philosophy behind Japanese glove-making. I learned how each glove has a soul, and it was about respecting the process. Every stitch, every cut of leather, every detail had intention.

That experience changed everything.

At 26, I set out to build my own glove company; one rooted in that same level of craftsmanship, but designed for players here at home. The goal wasn't just to make another glove, it was to raise the industry standard.

I went to high school in Del Mar, California, where my entrepreneurial mindset really began to take shape. Influenced by my grandfather and father, both of whom instilled in me the value of hard work, independence, and building something of your own. That environment, combined with their example, played a major role in shaping the foundation of how I approach business today.

This brand is the result of years spent learning, refining, and chasing a higher level of quality; from trading gloves as a teenager to studying the craft at its highest level overseas.

I am here to bring that standard back to the game.
